In the modern health profession, we've been trained to rely heavily on rationality. Yet, healers from ancient wisdom cultures have long trusted their intuition. It's time to bridge this gap and integrate both worlds. Join us for four weekly meetings where we will:
- Prepare and share clinical cases in a traditional case conference format.
- Assess, diagnose, and consider conventional treatments as an interdisciplinary team.
- Propose questions, and receive feedback and support.
- Analyze transference and countertransference dynamics.
- Think outside the clinical box, utilizing alternative modalities that rely on intuition.
- Explore nueroception (somatic sensations), dreams, synchronicities, and other anomalies.
- Learn to take risks in the therapeutic encounter and take advantage of whatever emerges.
Who Should Attend?
This group is open to therapists, healers, coaches, and wellness professionals working directly with clients in any modality.
The virtual case conference will incorporate interdisciplinary, cross-cultural perspectives, including Jungian, Buddhist, psychodynamic, cognitive, neuroscience, trauma-informed, and yogic viewpoints.
We will not cover critical race theory.
About the Group
This time-limited, pop-up group is experimental and will gauge interest in future clinical supervision and mentoring with Dr. Miles Neale.
- Each session is 1.5 hours.
- Limited group size.
- No Zoom recordings will be made.
- You must commit to attending all four sessions live with your camera on.
- Graduate-level students in training without clients may be considered based on availability. Please email us before registering.
Not everyone will present a case, but all participants must be prepared to share one in the case conferences. All participants will explore intuition, and offer feedback.
